Beyond his own recordings, thousands of James Brown samples have permeated our ears since sampling became a cornerstone of music production in the mid-80s—across genres from Hip-Hop to House, Drum 'n' Bass, and everything in between.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis release is particularly meaningful to me.
